Skinlyft is committed to keeping your private information really private. We do need information so that we can help you as well as possible. Who do we grant access to?

Skinlyft will only pass on your data to others if this is necessary to help you. Examples are our delivery partners, payment partners or IT service providers.

In suspicious situations, we are obliged to share customer data with government agencies.

Where is your private data stored?

We store your data in various databases. We always use strict security measures.

How long do we store your data?

From the Tax Authorities we are obliged to keep our administration with your invoice, payment and order data for a period of 7 years.

If you have registered for the newsletter or have given permission to receive personalized messages, we will retain that permission for 5 years. Even if you decide at some point that you no longer wish to receive the newsletter or personalized messages, we will also retain the withdrawal of your request for a period of 5 years.

What are your rights?
